Porto Deluxe rooms: spacious rooms with sitting corner, comfortable bathrooms, large balconies or terraces, offering fantastic views across the Aegean Sea. The rooms have air-conditioning/heating, mini-bar, TV, safe deposit box and hairdryer. The en-suite marble bathroom has music from the TV and a telephone in line with the room. Balconies/terraces are furnished with comfortable teak furniture and are surrounded by blooming planters. Breakfast and table d hote dinner are served in the Nafsika restaurant, with wonderful views across the bay. During summer, Mediterranean and Cretan a la carte dining is available in the olive grove of Elies restaurant, while lunch is served in high season, at Odysseus tavern, right on the waters edge, with a selection of fresh seafood and Greek dishes.
The a la carte restaurants of sister properties elounda mare hotel and elounda peninsula ALL SUITE HOTEL are also at the guests disposal.
The Kirki Bar, with its delightful views across the bay, is the perfect place for aperitifs and cocktails, while the beautiful Beach Bar is in a swinging mood with drinks and snacks served throughout the day. From the main building, a path leads through the magnificent gardens down to the private sandy beach.
Behind the Blue Flag-awarded beach lies "Playiada", a Greek village square covered by a robust wooden pergola. It is the ideal location for taking shade during the day and for theme festivities in the evening. A variety of boutiques, including jewelers, fashion and beach wear, as well as an art gallery and souvenir shop are to be found there, not to mention the lovely Chapel of Prophet Elias.
Near the private beach there is a freshwater swimming pool with children paddling pool. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available at the beach and at the pool, free of charge.
Between the main building and the beach lies the resorts private nine-hole par-3 golf course, available to the resorts guests only. Creatively designed with multiple tees, guests may choose to play the course as an 18-hole, as each hole has two playing options of varying difficulty. Additionally, the complex has practice nets and a 9-hole putting green. The PGA, who runs the Golf Academy and is fluent in English, organizes private tuition for golfers at all levels. The Pro Shop sells or rents all necessary equipment. The lobby is large and decorated in dark wood and marble.
